'Calm' Weekend

This weekend I could stay at Nathan's place in Buddina or my new BFF (*Best Friend Forever) how he want me to put it. He had a dentist appointment to get his wisdom teeth out on Saturday so we decided to have a calm and relaxed weekend.

Friday he came to the Camp to pick me up while he just worked till Wednesday.

The afternoon we went out with the kajaks because the river is right at the backyard of the house.

In a canal close to his place is the house of the Irwin family with their boat on which the Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin died who's one of the most famous Australians. I can tell you it's a massive house and a boat and we would take it...

For dinner we went out to the next Restaurant on the river with his parents and had a very nice meal. 

Friday we also walked the dogs to Cartwright Point and on Saturday afternoon we chilled on the Buddina Beach, after he had his teeth out.

Saturday night his parents had a dinner party where 6 friends came over.

1 of them was german and an other one austrian. His mother made a super delicious dinner with best prawn dip and berries, brownies, chocolate sauce and ice cream for dessert. Sooo good!!!

Sunday we really had to get rid of all the kilos we got from the day before, so that we went out with the jetski.

We had to be slow in the river but when we came to the ocean Nathan started speeding and told me proud that thats their 'autobahn' without speed-limit.

Along the Mooloolaba Beaches we went to Mudjimba Island which is a little nature Reserve.

In the Maroochy River it was my turn after a while and finally I could speed on the water up to 80 km an hour and couldn't stop smiling. It's just soo much fun.

On Sunday night the family ordered pizza and Nathan and I watched a movie later so that I can say it was a calm weekend when I see we watched 8 movies but with all the activities we made, it was exiting and not calm at all.
